Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager with approximately $733 billion in assets under management is seeking an Investor Relations Associate Director. This role will support internal and external communications with senior management and the investment community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Investor Relations team with presentation creation, data analyses, meeting preparation, relationship management, and investor targeting efforts.
• Assist in the coordination of the firm’s quarterly earnings process, including preparation of external communications related to financial results.
• Prepare for review meetings with business leaders and senior management to inform the quarterly earnings process and synthesize into external messaging.
• Formulate and strengthen strategic messages to current/prospective shareholders with effective presentation material.
• Track the investor base and monitor the effectiveness of investor targeting efforts.
• Track Street estimates, valuation methodology, and sentiment on the firm.
• Liaison with other teams to cultivate insights on the business for external messaging.
• Drive competitive intelligence efforts across the sector.
• Ensure information on public and private websites is updated and accurate.
• Aid with other ad-hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Public Company Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or FP&A preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $90 – $150/hr, DOE
