A leading investment management firm is seeking an Accountant to join their team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The firm specializes in private equity and hedge fund investments, offering a dynamic environment for financial professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash balances and investment positions
• Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly financials and investor statements
• Responsible for the oversight of the fund accounting service provider to resolve questions and reconcile differences
• Complete analytical review of monthly and quarterly reports
• Ensure fee payments are calculated and recorded appropriately
• Assist with the firm’s compliance program as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• 1-4 years of fund accounting or audit experience
• er MS Office applications
• QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
• Previous industry experience with financial services, private equity, or hedge funds is a plus
• An understanding of securities valuation is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000
