Company Overview:
A leading global growth equity firm with a focus on innovation and sustainability is seeking a consultant to manage transaction-accounting workflows at the fund level. This role involves supporting investment and liquidation processes and facilitating a smooth transition to a third-party fund administrator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record daily journal entries for cash transactions related to investment activity and portfolio liquidations
• Track investment sales and allocate proceeds and realized gains by each partner's ownership percentage
• Apply distribution waterfall mechanics, preferably American (deal-by-deal) structure
• Drive timely and accurate month- and quarter-end close processes
• Support and facilitate the transition to a third-party fund administrator

Qualifications:

• Experience in fund-level transaction/investment accounting within a PE, growth equity, or fund-admin setting
• Comfort with partner-level allocation logic, including ownership percentages and realized gains
• Hands-on experience with month- and quarter-end close processes
• Practitioner-level fluency with at least one fund accounting system (e.g., Investran, Geneva, Allvue)
• Preferred experience in growth equity or PE, direct American/deal-by-deal waterfall experience, and fund admin conversion/transition experience

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $35 – $70/hr
