Company Overview:
A leading global manager of alternative investments, specializing in private equity, real assets, credit, and liquid strategies, is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, AI for their AI GP Development team. This role will focus on enhancing AI implementation across their ecosystem to support long-term business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build relationships across the portfolio of private market GPs.
• Collaborate with Partner GP management teams to design and implement AI-enabled strategic initiatives.
• Execute multiple GP Development and AI deployment projects simultaneously.
• Deploy subject matter expertise in AI, automation, technology, and investments.
• Design, build, and manage agentic workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Develop scripts, tools, and prototypes using Python and SQL; integrate AI models via APIs.
• Leverage and evaluate leading AI platforms for scalable AI adoption.
• Support organizational change management related to AI adoption.
• Monitor and populate CRM systems and Partner GP message boards.
• Maintain databases of Partner GP interactions and AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity value creation, technology, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting AI-driven workflows and products.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience managing the agentic AI lifecycle, including user testing and feedback.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
