Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking an Assistant Vice President for its private infrastructure fund. This role involves financial management, reporting, and operations within a dynamic investment environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day fund accounting and reporting, including NAV oversight, capital activity, fee and promote calculations, and quarterly close deliverables
  • Lead coordination with internal and external auditors, including audit execution and SOX control oversight
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on the preparation and review of 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings
  • Monitor and manage fund liquidity across the structure, supporting investor subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and treasury operations
  • Prepare and review accounting policy memoranda for new transactions and evolving accounting standards
  • Lead and mentor junior team members; contribute to continuous process improvement and ad-hoc strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
  • 6+ years of public and/or private accounting experience, with exposure to public companies, open-ended funds, or private markets
  • Strong understanding of SEC reporting and complex fund structures

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $75 – $80/hr, DOE
