Company Overview:
An independent multi-family office and registered investment advisor focuses on bespoke solutions for ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions. They are seeking a Chief Growth Officer to drive enterprise growth across their platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and articulate the firm’s enterprise growth strategy across organic and inorganic channels.
  • Partner with the Founder, Chief Investment Officer, and Executive Team to set growth targets and resource allocation.
  • Build and scale the firm’s client-acquisition engine across ultra-high-net-worth families and institutional clients.
  • Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions, advisor-team lift-outs, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Spearhead a unified growth process spanning asset management, the multi-family office, and direct investments.
  • Embed Lean Management Principles across the growth function to ensure scalable growth.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-caliber growth and business-development team.
  • Define and report on key performance metrics such as pipeline, conversion, and net asset growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, distribution, business development, or corporate development within financial services or an adjacent industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving both organic and inorganic growth.
  • Deep understanding of Lean Management Principles and/or the Danaher Business System (DBS).
  • Strong command of wealth and/or asset management economics and the ultra-high-net-worth client landscape.
  • Ability to be on-site full-time in Park Ridge, IL, Boston, MA, or Salt Lake City, UT, with willingness to travel as required.
  • Preferred experience in an RIA, single or multi-family office, asset manager, or private markets firm.
  • Corporate development or M&A experience, including diligence, structuring, and integration.
  • Lean Six Sigma or a comparable operational-excellence certification.

Compensation:
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
