Company Overview:
An independent multi-family office managing capital for ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions is seeking an Executive Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own complex calendar management for three Executive Team members, including client meetings, internal reviews, board commitments, industry events, and personal appointments.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, business credit card statements, and reimbursements.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients, prospects, and partner firms.
  • Prepare client meeting materials in coordination with investment and operations teams.
  • Run day-to-day operations of the local office and partner on special projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience in high-touch professional services.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or principals simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be on-site full-time in Park Ridge, IL, Boston, MA, or Salt Lake City, UT.
  • Prior exposure to wealth management or financial services preferred.
  • Experience with Asana or a comparable project management platform preferred.
  • Comfort using AI productivity tools for drafting and meeting prep preferred.

Compensation:
Salary: $80,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus
