Company Overview:
An independent multi-family office managing capital for ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing client relationships while ensuring a seamless service experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned families, principal individuals, and institutional clients, building deep, trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Understand each client’s goals, preferences, and family dynamics; anticipate needs and tailor the firm’s response accordingly.
  • Handle client requests, inquiries, and escalations with precision, discretion, and timeliness.
  • Lead and prepare for client reviews and meetings — agendas, materials, and follow-ups — and ensure every commitment is closed.
  • Orchestrate delivery across investment, planning, operations, tax, and reporting so the client experience is seamless and consistent.
  • Coordinate account operations on the client’s behalf — wires, transfers, distributions, and documentation — ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Translate client feedback into service improvements and prioritize the response accordingly.
  • Manage new client and new relationship onboarding end-to-end — documentation, account opening, KYC and AML, and a structured first-90-days experience.
  • Deepen and expand existing relationships, identifying opportunities to bring additional firm capabilities to each client.
  • Own the client relationship CRM (HubSpot), keeping contacts, interactions, and commitments current and reportable.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in client relationship management, private wealth, family office, or private banking, serving sophisticated families and individuals.
  • Direct experience as a primary relationship contact for ultra-high-net-worth families, principals, or institutional clients, with a demonstrated standard of discretion.
  • Familiarity with investment, planning, trust and estate, and tax concepts sufficient to coordinate across specialists and speak credibly with clients.
  • Experience coordinating account operations — transfers, distributions, and documentation — and client or investor reporting.
  • Working knowledge of KYC, AML, and client onboarding requirements.
  • Fluent with CRM and reporting tools (HubSpot or similar).

Compensation:
Salary: $130,000 – $200,000, Plus Bonus
