Company Overview:
A multi-billion-dollar asset management firm with a global presence is seeking a Transformation Program Manager to enhance their investment processes. The role involves implementing new systems within the end-to-end trade flow process, collaborating with various teams to optimize operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Operations stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with Technology and the COO Transform team to develop implementation plans and manage delivery timelines.
• Collaborate on implementation tasks, including system configuration, UI configuration, data mapping, and validation.
• Develop and execute test plans, track defects, and validate remediation.
• Create and maintain training materials for end users.
• Support the broader implementation effort for a smooth transition to new platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of Hedge Fund experience focused on Operations and/or Operations-related system implementations.
• Deep product knowledge and understanding of the full trade lifecycle.
• Experience using and implementing Portfolio Management systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading system implementations for Operations.
• Strong Data Analysis skills and experience with Orchestrade PMS are highly preferred.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and strengthen analysis.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $100 – $150/hr, DOE
