Company Overview:
An investment management firm with approximately $17 billion in assets under management, specializing in mortgage and consumer credit investments, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its team. This role will focus on building AI solutions to enhance business unit operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to map key processes and identify AI opportunities.
• Build custom agents, enterprise skills, and prompt workflows using no-code/low-code solutions.
• Collaborate with IT for custom integrations and development.
• Conduct training sessions and create enablement content for GenAI tool adoption.
• Contribute to the enterprise library of prompts, skills, and best practices.
• Ensure responsible and governed use of GenAI tools.
• Stay updated on new AI tools and features, and pilot promising ones.
• Provide ongoing support to business units as a trusted AI resource.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business-facing technology, consulting, analyst, product, or enablement role with hands-on generative AI experience.
• Proficiency with GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt-engineering skills.
• Ability to build custom agents, skills, and prompt workflows within enterprise AI tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform ecosystem is preferred.
• Experience in financial services or asset management is a plus.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
