Company Overview:
A regional bank headquartered in New Jersey provides personal and business banking services, including management services and digital banking. They are seeking an EPMO Conversion Readiness & Command Center Analyst to support a large-scale retail banking core conversion initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Retail Conversion Command Center structure for conversion weekend and post-conversion stabilization.
• Develop call flow processes, call tracking metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Establish escalation paths, triage procedures, SLAs, and first-line support processes.
• Create and deliver structured reporting during conversion weekend.
• Monitor issues, requests, and service performance for timely resolution.
• Lead communications related to Command Center operations and support processes.
• Manage ongoing Command Center operations during the stabilization period.
• Enhance and refine readiness review scripts and assessment materials.
• Analyze readiness review results and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead communication efforts with retail branches and leadership teams.
• Develop engagement and recognition programs to encourage participation.
• Establish standard reporting and dashboards to track readiness review metrics.
• Coordinate escalation of significant issues to enterprise support teams.
• Provide recommendations and action plans based on readiness review outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operational readiness, command center, change management, or banking operations.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or banking conversions.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Retail banking operations experience preferred.
• Experience with command center operations or conversion support preferred.
• Familiarity with conversion readiness reviews or operational preparedness assessments preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $60 – $75/hr, DOE
