Company Overview:
A well-established healthcare-focused investment firm with approximately $4 billion in assets under management is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The firm specializes in healthcare royalty investments and maintains a collaborative, team-oriented culture in its New York office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming guests, investors, and vendors with professionalism
  • Manage conference room scheduling, guest seating, and overall office presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked office environment
  • Handle incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support across teams including operations, accounting, and compliance
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination as needed
  • Support internal coordination across a collaborative administrative team
  • Coordinate daily lunch orders and catering requests
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is consistently maintained
  • Assist with ad hoc operational tasks and special projects

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30 – $32/hr, DOE
