Company Overview:
A leading accounting firm is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join their team, with the potential to advance to a Tax Manager role within a year. The firm is known for its commitment to professional development and client service excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, communicate, and resolve engagement issues in a timely and organized manner
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior tax colleagues
• Prepare complex Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns
• Review individual and business tax returns
• Assist with tax planning
• Participate in administrative projects such as the annual revision of checklists and engagement letters
• Manage client relationships professionally and courteously

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting/Tax
• Active CPA or EA
• 4+ years of current or recent public accounting tax experience
• Experience with High-Net-Worth Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns
• Comfortable with tax software such as CCH Axcess

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000, Plus Bonus
