Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager offers clients primary and secondary investment solutions across credit, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure asset classes. They are seeking a Reconciliation Manager to oversee cash and par reconciliation processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cash and par reconciliation team process, providing oversight and guidance
• Assist with daily management and oversight of reconciliation processes with custodian banks and paying agents
• Direct fund administrators and custodian banks on process solutions and review processing output for accuracy
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to track trends and workflow issues
• Maintain quality controls and oversight of the reconciliation process to ensure timely resolution of breaks
• Influence and participate in decisions on policies/procedures to ensure compliance with internal, legal, and regulatory policies
• Oversee audit-related inquiries and submissions on behalf of the reconciliation team
• Work with stakeholders to improve and enhance reconciliation team workflows
• Contribute ideas to improve process efficiencies and increase risk mitigation
• Manage relationships with custodian banks, agent banks, and administrators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline
• Minimum 10-12 years of investment management operations experience with a focus on reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of asset classes, particularly credit/fixed income, derivatives, and FX
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Wall Street Office, and Geneva
• Experience with Power BI, Python, and similar technology preferred
• Experience working with custodian and agent banks
• Understanding of basic accounting theories
• Hedge fund, Credit, or Private Equity experience is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: $275,000 – $325,000, Plus Bonus
