Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a team member for their Investment Operations team to support Strategic Insurance, Clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support an enhanced operations servicing model and work with clients to ensure full understanding of investment portfolios.
• Conduct daily reconciliation processes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate records for monthly close processes.
• Assist with private deal fundings, pipeline management, and client communication for smooth closing on complex private transactions.
• Build better reporting solutions and automation, working with offshore teams to ensure accurate data and review of output prior to delivery to clients.
• Coordinate responses for ongoing ad-hoc client queries and ensure incoming requests are addressed by the appropriate teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Python, and AI.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $55 – $65/hr, DOE
