Company Overview:
A regional financial institution with approximately $64 billion in assets is seeking an nCino Developer to enhance their commercial lending workflows. The role involves maintaining and improving nCino capabilities within the Salesforce platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance nCino functionality supporting commercial lending implementations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across nCino and the Salesforce platform
• Configure and customize nCino features to align with business needs and processes
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for nCino-related functionality
• Stay current with nCino and Salesforce releases, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Create and maintain documentation for nCino processes, configurations, and best practices
• Build and manage declarative automation (Flows, approval processes, assignment rules)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with nCino and the Salesforce platform
• nCino Certified System Administrator
• nCino Developer Certification
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Solid Salesforce administration expertise (roles, profiles, permissions, sharing model)

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $70 – $80/hr
