Company Overview:
A leading global private investment firm with approximately $215 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Finance Associate for its Partner Investments Group. This role focuses on finance and operational aspects, including treasury operations, reporting, and tax processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of financial statements (U.S. GAAP), capital statements, and related supporting schedules
• Assist with external auditors' annual financial statement audits
• Management of the treasury function, including daily cash
• Assist with preparation and review of tax workpapers for external tax preparers
• Preparation and oversight of general and personalized reporting summaries
• Evaluate processes end to end and leverage technology for efficiency and accuracy
• Manage and supervise staff effectively
• Collaborate with team members on new initiatives and services

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to handle confidential information

Compensation:
Salary: $95,000 – $110,000, Plus Bonus
