Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Fund Controller on a closed-end real estate vehicle
• Engage in hands-on fund accounting tasks, including NAV support
• Manage capital activity and financial reporting
• Deliver investor-facing materials tied to fund-level accounting for real estate assets

Qualifications:

• Experience in fund accounting, particularly within real estate
• Ability to handle NAV support and capital activity
• Proficiency in financial reporting and investor deliverables

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $80/hr
