Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $370 billion in client assets is seeking to hire a Business Development Analyst to join their team in New York. The role focuses on supporting fundraising, marketing, product management, and investor relations activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gain deep portfolio understanding and product knowledge across the firm's Private Credit platform
• Support the continued development of marketing materials and synthesize third-party market research
• Perform special projects for senior management as needed
• Partner with senior business development professionals to build and strengthen relationships with institutional investors
• Maintain and manage the team's pipeline of opportunities and provide general sales support
• Collaborate with colleagues across various teams to stay coordinated on client relationships
• Field and respond to inbound inquiries and client service questions
• Utilize CRM system to capture all activity and sales-related data
• Develop and improve knowledge of the firm's investment products and financial markets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience
• General understanding of financial markets and alternative investments
• Excellent technical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to create and develop marketing materials and presentations
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required, or willingness to obtain them

Compensation:
Salary: $125,000 – $135,000, Plus Bonus
