Company Overview:
A leading global private equity investment firm with $49 billion of equity capital under management is seeking an Associate to join their investor services team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional investor experiences and supporting investor service operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on a team focused on investor inquiries, onboarding, reporting requests, and other business-critical items
• Deliver an exceptional investor experience through a proactive approach with attention to detail and effective communication
• Navigate the nuances of each strategy/product to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables for all investors and stakeholders
• Support team and firmwide initiatives that optimize investor service operations

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in investor servicing, reporting, marketing, finance, or communications in the investment management industry
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, communications, English, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $50/hr
