Company Overview:
A leading financial services company with over 100 years of history, specializing in installment loans, is seeking a UX Professional to enhance their digital payment solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the stability and efficiency of system outputs to support business functions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Improve network infrastructure and conduct system configuration for optimal performance and smooth navigation.
• Assist end-users in resolving network issues, identifying discrepancy sources, and adjusting codes as needed.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design systems according to business requirements and feasibility.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields.
• Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.
• Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings.
• Experience working in Agile, Kanban, and other delivery models.
• Experience writing user stories and jobs-to-be-done, clearly articulating business and user needs.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generation.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline preferred.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping; ServiceNow developer certification highly desired.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $175 – $178/hr, DOE
