Company Overview:
A leading global growth equity firm with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability is seeking an Investor Services Consultant for a contract role. This position will support the Investor Services team during a major system implementation, contributing to the successful launch of a new investor portal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead document review, migration, and testing activities ahead of the new investor portal launch
• Support LP onboarding processes, including documentation, qualification, and system setup
• Manage inbound investor inquiries and provide timely, professional responses
• Administer and maintain the investor portal post-launch, including user support and content updates
• Coordinate with internal teams on investor-facing workflows and data integrity
• Track and manage investor requests through the new portal and related systems

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Investor Services, Fund Operations, or Investor Relations at a private equity, growth equity, or alternative investment firm
• Hands-on experience with investor portals, document migration, or system testing projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with direct investor contact experience
• High attention to detail and comfort managing high-volume, deadline-driven work
• Ability to work 3–4 days per week on-site in Stamford, CT
• Availability for a 4–6 month contract
• Salesforce experience (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with investor portal platforms or fund administration systems

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 – $100/hr
