Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Junior Operations Associate to support its private credit and bank debt investment platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the operational lifecycle of private credit and bank debt investments, from execution through settlement and ongoing administration.
• Coordinate with investment teams, banks, lenders, administrators, custodians, and other external counterparties.
• Monitor trade settlements, cash movements, interest payments, fees, and other transaction-related activity.
• Maintain accurate records of positions, transactions, and portfolio data.
• Assist with loan and credit facility documentation, reporting, and ongoing portfolio administration.
• Reconcile positions, cash, and transaction activity across internal systems and external statements.
• Help identify and resolve operational discrepancies and ensure timely follow-up with relevant counterparties.
• Support portfolio reporting and other operational processes as needed.
• Contribute to improving operational workflows, controls, and processes as the platform grows.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in investment operations, private credit, leveraged finance, loan operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of bank debt/syndicated loans.
• Experience with Geneva.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $45 – $55/hr, DOE
