Company Overview:
A leading investment firm with over $190 billion in assets under management is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their IT Operations & End User Support team. This role is crucial for providing high-quality technical support to employees, primarily in the Dallas office, with additional remote support responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT support for Dallas-based employees and remote support for users across other offices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS endpoints, peripherals, printers, mobile devices, and standard business applications.
• Support conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and live meeting needs.
• Track, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests using the firm’s ITSM/ticketing platform.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning and access setup.
• Prepare, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot endpoints in alignment with security and device management standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, and accessories.
• Collaborate with other Support Analysts and IT teams on technology rollouts and operational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts such as Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune is preferred.
• Exposure to endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike or similar platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools including Zoom, Slack, and Egnyte is preferred.

Compensation:
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000
