Company Overview:
A leading non-profit environmental advocacy organization with over 3.1 million members and online activists is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst. This role will support compensation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with the organization's compensation philosophy and market competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary compensation consultant to support HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Executives, and Managers.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and key leaders to proactively identify and resolve compensation-related matters.
  • Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation analyses for new positions and significant job changes.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation recommendations.
  • Support all aspects of the annual compensation planning process.
  • Conduct ad hoc job description and compensation analyses, modeling, and reporting.
  • Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with the Compensation team on organization-wide compensation initiatives.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of compensation programs for U.S. and international offices.
  • Develop and facilitate compensation training and educational materials.
  • Participate in international compensation survey submissions and market pricing activities.
  • Support the ongoing administration and maintenance of compensation systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or related HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation software such as PayScale, PayFactors, or similar tools.
  • Experience with international compensation programs and global market benchmarking.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for compensation analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $67 – $72/hr
