Company Overview:
A New York-based commercial bank, part of a major international banking group, offers a full range of financial services to middle-market companies and private clients. They are seeking a professional to join their team to support vendor risk management and compliance activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and initial risk assessments.
• Coordinate periodic and event-driven vendor reviews and maintain related documentation.
• Track approvals, certifications, risk ratings, action items, and open issues.
• Identify and escalate gaps, exceptions, and emerging third-party risks.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, Information Security, Procurement, Operational Risk, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Assist with vendor offboarding activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with vendor or third-party risk in a bank, broker-dealer, or regulated financial-services environment.
• Approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of vendor risk assessments, due diligence, and third-party oversight.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and risk judgment.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple reviews and issues.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $48 – $57/hr
