Company Overview:
A global investment manager in Boston is hiring a Settlements Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on maintaining high service levels and improving operational infrastructure across equity, fixed income, and FX settlements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor trade settlement of equity, fixed income, and derivative transactions
• Maintain accurate custodian and broker settlement instructions
• Ensure timely receipt, detailed review, signoff, and storage of all OTC derivative confirms
• Evaluate and issue claims to recover fees from brokers or custodians
• Assist on ad hoc projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of industry experience supporting the lifecycle of listed securities and derivatives
• Working knowledge of SWIFT messaging
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of Aladdin, TradeNexus, and Alert is a plus

Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000, Plus Bonus
