Company Overview:
A leading financial advisory firm with a legacy as one of the oldest independent investment banks, advising on transactions exceeding $230 billion. They are seeking a hands-on engineering leader to build and lead a growing software organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a software organization starting with two engineers and growing toward ten
• Own software engineering hiring, talent development, standards, SDLC, AI-assisted development practices, delivery quality, and resource allocation
• Share major architecture decisions with the data architect and broader Technology leadership

Qualifications:

• Management experience required; prior ownership of an entire engineering function preferred
• Agentic coding expertise is non-negotiable
• Regulated-industry experience required; financial services strongly preferred

Compensation:
Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
