Company Overview:
A leading financial advisory firm with a legacy as one of the oldest independent investment banks, advising on transactions exceeding $230 billion. They are seeking a hands-on leader for their Program Management Office to drive complex programs and build PMO standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Program Management Office and a team of project managers and Scrum Masters
• Personally lead the firm’s most complex programs
• Recruit, coach, and manage performance of team members
• Build PMO standards and governance
• Identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and contingencies to inform leadership decisions

Qualifications:

• Financial services experience required
• Investment-banking experience strongly preferred
• Technology program, SDLC, and Agile experience required

Compensation:
Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
