Company Overview:
Our client, a top-tier alternative investment manager in Boston, is hiring an Investment Operations Manager to join their credit operations team. This role will focus on providing operational support for the investor relations, finance, and fund management teams across the firm's credit teams, with an emphasis on CLO products. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of investment operations, focusing on reconciliation functions for Credit businesses across multiple investment strategies and asset classes.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day work of a global team, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy across deliverables.
• Build and enhance relationships with internal clients and external partners, including agent banks and trading counterparties.
• Own the relationship with CLO trustees, ensuring service levels and data quality expectations are met.
• Develop and manage workflows to increase controls and improve efficiency.
• Oversee daily/monthly reconciliation of cash and positions, resolving discrepancies with trustees and internal teams.
• Lead break resolution and analysis for reconciliation items, driving root cause identification and remediation.
• Track and report key reconciliation metrics to senior management.
• Oversee loan servicing activity and corporate actions processing, validating accuracy against agent and trustee records.
• Manage the warehouse-to-CLO tie-out process at closing.
• Lead operational readiness for CLO fund launches.
• Support new deal and position onboarding, ensuring accurate static data setup.
• Escalate and manage operational risk issues, including error tracking and remediation.
• Responsible for staff development and coaching of direct reports.

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in a complex financial services industry.
• Prior management experience within Credit Operations required.
• BS or BA with finance and accounting basics.
• Experience with Bloomberg and other trading and settlement software platforms.
• Familiarity with legal documents and credit agreements.
• Experience in Advent Geneva preferred.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000, Plus Bonus
