Company Overview:
A global alternative investment management firm is recognized for its multi-strategy investment approach across various asset classes and geographies. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within their Operations & Middle Office Projects team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the project pipeline between Operations & Middle Office and Technology, overseeing initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise projects supporting Private Credit, Loans, CLOs, and related operational workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed work plans, project documentation, and other artifacts needed to support effective execution.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early, and recommend practical solutions to maintain delivery momentum.
• Provide regular project and program reporting on status, key deliverables, milestones, risks, and mitigating actions.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocations to support timely, effective delivery.
• Create clear, effective presentations for senior management that synthesize raw data into actionable information, and support ad hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of project management experience within a financial services or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of trading workflows, operations, technology, and financial products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience using project management tools and applying standard project management methodologies.

Compensation:
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000, Plus Bonus
