Company Overview:
A diversified credit and real estate investing platform within a leading global alternative asset management firm, managing approximately $78 billion across a broad range of strategies. The firm is seeking a Credit Compliance Associate to support the credit compliance function within its multi-strategy investment environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the credit compliance function within a multi-strategy investment environment.
• Review and help manage conflict clearances relating to credit deals and transactions.
• Understand different types of credit transactions, including complex credit structures and AB finance structures.
• Support compliance processes involving trade allocations and other activities where credit experience is relevant.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant credit compliance or investment compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of credit structures and types of credit transactions; experience with complex or multi-strategy credit transactions is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a traditional Control Room is helpful.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $40 – $60/hr
