Company Overview:
A leading middle-market private equity firm with over $6 billion in assets under management is seeking an Analyst for their Portfolio Analytics function. This role is crucial for enhancing value creation across the portfolio by improving workflows, data infrastructure, and decision-quality insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain portfolio company KPI monitoring, benchmarking, and performance dashboards using portfolio monitoring software and BI tools.
• Automate recurring reporting and data collection using Excel, Power Query, Python, SQL, etc., to reduce manual cycle time and maintain data integrity.
• Support quarterly valuation and LP reporting processes, including data validation and analysis.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by managing partners, investor relations, or investment teams.
• Partner with investment teams on portfolio company onboarding and ongoing data management.
• Prepare Investment Committee-ready outputs that are concise and decision-oriented.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, FP&A, data analytics, or a private equity environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and reporting tools used by private equity firms.

Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
