Company Overview:
A leading quantitative investment and financial technology firm leverages data science and machine learning to drive investment decisions across global markets. They are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their Corporate Recruiting team to support hiring talented lateral candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process to meet hiring goals, including crafting and driving sourcing and research strategies.
• Establish consultative relationships with HR Business Partners and leaders across corporate functions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop effective candidate assessment frameworks.
• Drive the offer process, including preparing offer packets and developing effective close strategies.
• Track and analyze metrics to provide data-driven insights to partners across the organization.
• Represent the firm and the recruiting team, both internally and externally.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional, ad hoc projects as needed.
• Build and nurture relationships with external search firms to identify talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; 5+ years in a recruiting role preferred.
• Proven experience in recruiting or a related field is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Compensation:
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000
