Company Overview:
A leading investment firm with over $15 billion of committed capital, is seeking a Senior Associate for their Product & Strategic Development team. This role will focus on product development across the firm’s platform, supporting the creation of structured products and new strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development and structuring of investment products including commingled funds, separately managed accounts, and registered funds
• Respond to investor questions and diligence requests
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of quarterly reporting for structured solutions
• Collaborate on product development idea generation and follow-up
• Gather and summarize market intelligence, research, and data
• Perform ad hoc and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance/accounting
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Strong knowledge of private market asset classes
• Familiarity with legal documentation of private funds and securitizations
• Experience building financial models and analyzing stress scenarios
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Compensation:
Salary: $150K-$175K Plus Bonus
