An established hedge fund located in NYC is seeking a dedicated contract Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to handle upcoming short-term coverage for various dates over the next few months.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, answer phones, email communication
  • Handle internal scheduling, calendar management, booking conference rooms, etc.
  • Work with building security and facilities
  • Vendor management, handling deliveries, stocking supplies & kitchen

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and other applications such as Slack, Zoom, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – interpersonal and organizational skills
